Default 100% finance for property deals

we are interested in property deals (residential or commercial)- we prefer to fund 100% but would consider partial bank funding in certain cases- deals from £500k- £20 million+..if you come across anything that might be of interest feel free to contact me at or call 07427586821- thanks Tony ps we also provide bridging finance at the best rate on the market- An example of a deal might be where a builder has a site and planning permission but can't raise the finance to build X number of houses- we would be very interested in JV in this type of case
