Post £200m government scheme could save homeowners from repossession

A £200m scheme has been introduced by the government which will allow not-for-profit housing associations to buy up all or part of the equity in homes in order to prevent vulnerable homeowners from repossession. This would certainly seem a lot better than what is offered by the 'sell and rent back' firms which we have heard horry stories about in the press.
