Can't think of a bettter rason to employ a mortgage broker. My mission in life is to get everyone who is sitting on a Variable Rate to get their head out of the sand and save money. Standard Variable Rates are so expensive these days, gone are the days when lenders linked their SVR closely to the Bank Base Rate.
