For me creating space is key to feeling comfortable, so every now and then I go through my stuff and get rid of clutter. Clearing out things that I no longer use creates space, makes my home look bigger, and I donít waste so much time looking for stuff when I need it.

While i do love character in a home and using accessories to add your personality, i do agree there is a fine line between homely and clutter. A minimalist approach is not a bad thing, it certainly makes things look a lot neater.

I really agree on separating the kitchen area form the dining area. It is very hard after a long day to prepare the food, serve it and eat it afterwards. It's tempting to eat on foot in the kitchen, but keeping the kitchen only for cooking is very essential.

I agree on all the mentioned tips but one-changing your curtains every week. Besides that I find the other ideas really helpful and they definitely add more value to our properties. I would also add that for me personally proper ventilation is another thing that could be added to such lists. It's vital to keep the air at home nice and fresh.

Good, Thanks for sharing and useful tips; for me it is really indeed the cooking area is the most important place in our home so we shouldn't neglect it. Have a nice day

I absolutely agree that one of the most important things is keeping your home clear and tidy! In this way no matter the furniture or the design your home will create a feeling of comfort and cosiness for you and your family.
