Default 7 day or shorter mortgages

Does anybody know of a mortgage lender that can process the application and transfer funds instantly or within 7 days (with or without a higher processig fee)?

Default Re: 7 day or shorter mortgages

They can certainly produce a full mortgage offer within 7 days but I am not sure about releasing funds too due to the solicitors having to carry out searches etc.
