Default Adverse Posession
A property has been left empty for more than 20 years. I want to take it over as mine how do I do this? I will give a percentage of the sale to anyone who can find legal ways of doing this without the need to have lived in it for 12 years.

You can't without making untrue statements which would be fraud.
