Default Adverse possession
hi
I am currently buying a house and have discovered that a garage belonging to this house is on an un registered piece of land. I understand that this garage has been used for more than the 12 years by the previous owner stated under adverse possession but can I still apply or would I, being the new owner, have to wait another 10 years.
