Magnolia, if you are ever looking to sell a house use as much magnolia as you can, it allows potential buyers to make their mark on it when they move in.

Afternoon, I like your website idea and it's nice to see poeple making the effort. To make the website slightly more professional it maybe worth trying to find a neighbour or friend who understands a bit of HTML code (or can use any webpage design tool) to help attract hits.

Out of interest, have you had any interest from the website and how, other than posting the link on here are you advertising it's URL?
