We have a TR1 form signed and stating equal shares, so all 4 parties are entitled to 25%, there is also another solicitor form signed on a different date confirming this.
However one of the four, disputes this and controls what another one says or does, the proceeds from the sale of the property will be in dispute. What happens and how can we sort this as we have paid the mortgage and repaired/maintained property for last 5 years without their contribution. Where do we stand (other 2 parties) and can they really challenge a TR1 form? |
