Hi there,
We've recently bought and are renovating a 18th century cottage in Norfolk, which backs on to a field. We'd like to buy a small part of the field - only 1/3 acre or so - and turn it into veg plot, few fruit trees etc. Just wanted some advice about how practical that is. Would the land need to be regraded in some way? (We're not planning on secretly building on the land in the future by the way!) Any guides on price? Cheers Robin + Elise |
