Default Advice on house hunting required!

Hello,

Finding it pretty tough at the moment to find my first project. I thought I had found the right house, however have had second thoughts in regards to it's location.

I'm trying all the usual suspects to find a house, however I'm not seeing anything that really jumps out, in fact even alot of crap houses that need renovating seem to be selling for at or around their market value!

Has anyone got any tricks of the trade they can share with me for where to look?

I should probably mention that I'm in Leeds and working with £100k tops for the property.

Many thanks, and look forward to your reply/ies.
