Default Advice - property price rise since selling

Hello

We sold our property in April and are exchanging this Feb so a fair while since we have been stuck in a chain along with a shortage or properties however we are now good to go.

With this length of time since we sold, can we ask for more money on the property we have sold? Our buyer has been very patient however.

What's everyones thoughts on this?
