Interesting to see this thread has been delisted from Google Cananda due to claims of libel - though no one has ever contacted myself on the matter.

He has had £4.5K of my money for 6 months, will not communicate will not even respond when/if I highlight a property. I have written to the sun, watchdog and various other newspapers, TV programmes. I suggest we all do it and maybe the newspapers will have something proper to write about

They took a lot of cash from me but didnt deliver. Cannot get any replies to emails that i send to this company and they wont answer my calls Really would appreciate some guidance How can I contact you.

Hi Shauna,

Many appolgies for not replying to your thread I am only now re-visiting this website. Your thread must have gone into my junk folder. You can email me on ds.enterprises @ hotmail.co.uk please see below for a list of the steps you need to take and links to the small claims court procedures. I also have his bank details which you will need to successfully apply for a third party debt order in court. When you get a CCJ from, the court will write to his bank to freeze his account and send you a cheque for what you are owed plus court costs.

If you need any more information please let me know.
