Thumbs up Amazing Development Opportunity in East London - just down the road from Olympic Stad

Hi

I have a double fronted corner house with an attached garage. I have spoken to LBWF and they have agreed verbally to a conversion. I have submitted Phase I planning which puts back two sections and also a loft conversion. I should get this through in the next few weeks. Phase II plans are to convert the house to 3 1-Bed two storey townhouses and also a studio flat.

I am looking for a buyer to purchase with phase I approved and plans for phase II.

If this interests you and you would like to see the property please contact me on 07956 466 030, ask for Ayshe.
