Default Ants bait pest control. How can I make it?

OK, I know the trick with boric acid and sugar mixed in water and yes it works perfectly.
there are times where the same ants do not consume sugar and instead of that they need protein food. which is the best protein food to mix with boric acid?

hahah picky little ants!

egg whites are a good protein mix but you will beed to get the powdered version to mix it up.
