Default Any comeback
Purchased home end Jan 09. What we bought and what we have 2 diff things !!

Heating system needs replacing urgently
Electrics - dodgy - needs checking at least
Fitments not as described

Basically, doing a renovation job. Have we any recourse at all ? Owner at time did advise systems had not been upgraded in property info but not that they were falling apart or dodgy either !!

Just a thought why we plod through the work. Your thoughts appreciated. One plus point - lovely area.

If this was a renovation project, then didn't you have a full survey done so that you would be fully aware of everything you would need to work on and correct?

If the lovely area you were referring to is in London, we might be able to sent an Engineer to investigate it.
