Default anyone know about having a combi boiler fitted?

Im just renovating a 2 bed flat. at the moment it has hot air blower as heating.

Does anyone know about having a combi boiler fitted? I have an uncle who is a plumber and can fit it probably a little cheaper.

Do you have to have a certificate from the person who fitted it or does the person have to be on the corgi register?

I always thought ANYONE who did ANYTHING with gas appliances had to be corgi-registered.....

I think you want to consult the 'consumer's area' at this page here -
CORGI

yes you have to be gas safe registered now and fill in the bench mark in the book to get the warranty!
