Hey friends. im Jay morris. im also employed in a medium estate agency. plan tou open up my own private agency in some time. i was pondering upon the insurance coverage that maybe required by estate agents. they basically provide advisory and consultancy services. But incase you are the owner, along with your office property insurance, which other insurance would i require? i dont think i will be publically liable that i would need public liability insurance. . . .nor do i suppose anyone would want to kill me that i'd need any personal security coverage. how about professional indemnity? does a estate agent need it?

Not sure what you mean about personal protection and why you mention life insurance if you're looking at insurance specific to your business.
Have a look here and see what you may need, and what comes up: Business insurance quotes - Compare public liability insurance |
