Hey friends. im Jay morris. im also employed in a medium estate agency. plan tou open up my own private agency in some time. i was pondering upon the insurance coverage that maybe required by estate agents. they basically provide advisory and consultancy services. But incase you are the owner, along with your office property insurance,which other insurance would i require? i dont think i will be publically liable that i would need public liability insurance. . . .nor do i suppose anyone would want to kill me that i'd need any personal security coverage. how about professional indemnity? does a estate agent need it?

These days business insurances tend to come in a package, which includes indemnity along with public liability.

Thank you Brian. i wasnt aware of that. i have another question, wold we require Personal protection insurance separately even if we already have a life insrance policy? or is it the same thing?

Not sure what you mean about personal protection and why you mention life insurance if you're looking at insurance specific to your business.

Thank You Brian. im still new with the insurance issues. That's the reason i am here on the forum in hope i'll get the needed guidance. its much more helpful to decided when you get to know who and what other people experienced.I am sure you would agree with me on that
