Default Black or White

Hi Guys,

Nice to meet you.

Just a quick question for everyone, I'm helping my dad renovate a house in Warrington to sell or rent, I'm doing the bathroom at the moment.

What colour grouting do you think fits black traditional tiles best, White or Black, pictures below, I seem to think black but every single member of the family says White. Will this decision even help the house to sell ?

What are your opinions ?

Ps, when I have enough posts I will post an image if we haven't made a decision by then !!!

I think black and white both are not suitable for bathroom its color should be sky blue in my opinion it is better then first both colors.

Of the two colours you've given, go with white tiles as you'll risking making the space look smaller if you use black tiles.

I would strongly suggest going with white, it is to more people's tastes, looks cleaner and brighter (larger) and a blank canvas is more appealing to the buyer as they can more easily imagine the potential of the room.
