Default Buisness vehicle/ reduce tax liability
We are considering taking the leap and venturing into the world of property development. With £200k cash behind us and a good understanding of development (day job but for someone else), would someone advise on the best buisness vehicle to enable capital growth (subject to us making a profit) and limit the tax liability. The first 3 years no salaries will be taken out of the company, but from then on salaries would be taken. Is it best to set up a Ltd co.??

Speak to a good accountant about this - a lot of tax rules have changed recently, so you'll need to get these straightened out first.
