Smile But to Let USA - Advice Requested
Hi there

I have recently decided to buy a home in Texas, due to the fact that the value for money there is far greater than the UK, I love it there, and I know a few realtors etc who can help with the buying process.

Ideally I would relocate to Texas but cannot at this time so the property would be purchased with the intention of having a long term tenant living there.

I just wondered if anyone had done such a thing and if anyone could offer any advice along the lines of how easy it is to do, any issues with management or finding tenants etc.
