I can't help thinking that after recent events in Egypt and the severe lack of uncertaintity politically in this country that Egypt would be an extremely high risk area to invest in at this present time?
Is anyone actually buying out there now? |

There is still people investing in Egypt, the market is not dead. Red Sea is completely away from the facts happened in Tahrir Square and tourists are back since some months now. TV most of the time show only the bad part and not the good things. The egyptian people are extremely proud of what they did and anyone can feel like fresh air. The elections will be in september and then stability will come back. Now the prices of property are very good; in Hurghada for exemple you can find studios stating from 7.500 euro in new developping area. And we cannot miss the relative cheap cost of life and the sunshine guarantee all year round. I guess there are just very few places in the entire world that can guarantee really sunshine every day like here. I live in this paradise and I will not change.
