Talking Buy property in Tunisia

Has anyone considered buying property in Tunisia I notice there are no threads for Tunisia. But why? I have lived here for 3 years and its great cost of living less than half that of europe, property about the same and the sun shines most of the year round. Any comments?

Hi Paul

I dont know much about Tunisa but am looking for some sun and a nice country to live in. sounds interesting.

Where are good places to look for in Tunisa? I like coastal places. Where are you living?

How much are houses out there? Looking for a small 2/3 bed place.
