Default buying a detached property
im thinking about buying detached property but just had a good look and found that as the 2 properties are only 12 inches apart i have noticed that the property i would like to buy has an expsed concrete block wall as the out side wall ,no rendering or nothing stopping the weather penetrating joints in wall,any advice would be very grateful thanks
