Hi Callaghan,

One trick is getting in touch with the the courts: You can get a list from a court every Monday morning of people about to go into repossession or default.

Alternatively, if you are genuinely trying to help people then you simply need to look in the places where people go when they are in trouble: A local church, help networks...

And of course, send one hundred million flyers out.

Good luck
Tim

When I was looking for repossessions I typed in sell house fast and quick house sale. These companies specialise in buying repossessions for cash and selling them at below market value. I gave them a call and registered to recieve their weekly newsletter it was quite easy. Hope that helps.

Buying at the right time is the secret to making a good profit. Researching available options as per your needs and specifications would go a long way. My advice is to be prepared to make an offer immediately when you find a good bargain.
