Hi,
Welcome to the forum, i am new here i'm John and have recently joined Mijas Real Estate S L and would just like to say that the internet is the way forward in this ever changing world of technology so the more you can portray to your prospective audience the better as they can make a more informed decision when it comes to the shortlisting of properties they are serious about viewing and possibly buying. I personally would never promote the idea of buying a property blind. I am currently adding video to our website to help clients make a more informed decision. Good luck to you all out there.
