Smile Buying for the First Time - Developer
I am looking to eventually become a Property Developer, I am just coming to the end of my college studies in Construction and then hopefully going onto Building Surveying at University all being well.
In the meantime I want to start saving a deposit for my first project, this is the part where I am starting to think budgets etc and even what type of project.
I have never done anything like this before although I do have many ideas; Would anybody be able to tell me what the would do in my situation.
I am only 19 Years old, I have a car etc and no other loans or monthly payments.

Hope you can guide me up the right path
