Default By to Let for London commuters

Looking to buy a house in North Northamptonshire to let out to London commuters. Does anyone have any experience in this?

Looking at the new builds for families not sure if I've been sold into the marketing? Any suggestions, advice or shared experience welcome

Do a Google search for Glenn Armstrong or GA Properties. He's a major property investor in that area.

Attend a local property networking event and meet people who invest in the area you're looking at.
