Default can a co-owner serve notice?
Hello
I co-own a house with my sister and she lives there. We have a tenancy agreement (12 months notice). She has breached our aggreement and I want her to leave (I want to serve notice).

We are 50/50 'tenants in common' co-owners. Can I serve notice to quit even though she co-owns?
