Post can developer improve house ratings by installing a high quality water filter?

Hi Dear. What do you thing to share my idea by installing one of the highest quality water filter in new houses cooperated with developers or designers?

Water Treatment System can reduce over 160 contaminants including over 145 potential health effect contaminants and destroys more than 99.99% of waterborne disease-causing bacteria and viruses in drinking water. Also have 5 years warranty.

Default Re: can developer improve house ratings by installing a high quality water filter?

As an end user, the home buyer would probably like this but in reality, if the install of this by the developer is going to cost x more than what they put in currently, which is obviously satisfactory to meet all guidelines, health and safety, etc, then why would they do it?

At the end of the day, the developer is there to make money and something such as a top notch high spec water filter probably isn't going to make or break a sale
