Hi,
I'm doing some research on what constitutes "a ribbon". The local policy around green belt more readily permits developments if the property falls within a ribbon of dwellings, but I can't find any case law or statutory definition of what constitutes "a ribbon". Is there any legal guidance on this, or does it take the every day meaning of something like "two or more dwellings located in close proximity on the same road". Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks |
