Default Cash Buyer
In anyone's personal and professional opinion how low a cash offer, with no chain being involved either, could one go for on a property valued at £325,000? What would be the absolutely lowest figure I could consider do you think? I would be grateful for any feedback and replies ASAP, because I'm looking to make that offer today ideally. Many thanks.
