Default Choosing an Accountant

Hi

I wonder whether I could get some advice please on choosing an Accountant to do (or just help me with) my Self Assessment Tax Return.

As a newbie Property Developer, I wonder whether I can just contact any accountant or should I try to find one that has specific experience of doing the accounts for PDs?

Kaz

Sorry, I probably should have mentioned that I only buy for cash, refurb and sell on and have no intention of ever becoming a landlord
