Default conservatory bloomer?

We had a conservatory fitted 4 years ago and I have recently discovered that we may have broken a covernant on the title deeds. Whats the best thing to do now - I wont have to pull it down will I!

It's probably not an issue, but is definitely worth contacting the convent holder about the issue.
