Hi I am currently researching splitting two storey victorian/georgian houses into three 1xBedroom flats. I would like to know whethere there are any additional things which need to be taken into consideration when doing this in comparison to converting to two flats?
I would also like to know whether it would be difficult to obtain planning permission for this works or whether a precendence has already been set with this type of development. Anyone who has experience of doing this any pointers would be much appreciated. Thanks |
