Why should conservatory supplier know about the covenants?
Your solicitors should have told you about them when you bought. Did they not provide you with a written report which should have explained (amongst other things) that you needed consent from the builders for extensions etc? A conservatory is an extension. Why does builder want conservatory removed? Does it look hideous? Find out what their real concern is and to offer to deal with that by maybe altering the conservatory.
