Question Creative Selling of Property

What do people think of creative ways to sell their property such as Lease options / Delayed Completions / Instalment Contracts ?

Will they ever become mainstream in this country like they are in Australia and the US or are the british just too sceptical to fully take these possibilities seriously ?

I think there are enough hassles with selling and buying property in the UK as it is, without complicating matters further.

It is a shame for sellers not to maximise the creative angle of selling property.

The system needs a reform
