Default Demand for rental properties

Due to the new National Credit Act in South Africa, there has been an increase in demand for rental properties here. The NCA has placed tighter restrictions on the borrowing ability of buyers' and the recent interest rate hikes have also raised the costs of buying one's own home, causing more people to rent property as they just cannot afford to buy their own home.
