Default Deposit Protection Service
We rent at present, would like to buy another property, but at the moment that is out of the question.

We have got forms from the council to complete, and they are ask for a copy of the Deposit Protection Scheme, I know for a fact that the Letting Agents has not put our deposit in there, will this cause a problem with the council, and does our deposit have to be in this scheme. We have lived in our rented house for nearly 2 years.
