Default Did anyone buy a leasehold Apartment?
Did anyone buy a leasehold Apartment in the last five years then find they could not become a Director for two years or so

What are you looking to become a Director of ?

Is there a residents management company in place ? if so then you should have been supplied with a copy of the company's memorandum & articles of association which will detail the appointment of the officers of the company.

If there is another limited company, what is its purpose ?

hi i bought a leasehold flat and with other owners bought the freehold and i am a director of the flats as we formed a company along with to other directors ie owners
