Hi All
Was wondering if the above is worthwhile doing? Got five years experience as Residential Sales Negotiator, one of my colleagues has completed all the exams and now on his dissertation but has nearly had three breakdowns with the stress! Planning on relocating to the manchester area in 2-3 years, do any agents have an opinion of the value of the Diploma, ie will it prove beneficial given the time/cost involved and is it something many agents look for when recruiting staff? The NAEA diploma is certainly worth taking. As an ex College Tutor, I am a believer of life long learning and proper qualifications. When you consider the legal implications of Estate Agency and the fact that you are handling possibly the most expensive asset that someone owns - study and qualifications will promote professionalism and demonstrate to others that you are qualified and proficient.
