Hi,
I've been working closely with an estate agency in France to develop a new integrated software and website package. Up to now, it has been targeted at estate agents in France wanting to sell to English buyers and we've achieved some success. The next release will be available shortly and it will be multilingual, but it could equally be used in a single-language agency (i.e. in the UK). I would really appreciate feedback from estate agents as to what they want to see in a software/website package, whether they are UK-only agents or international agents selling to different countries. A demo of the current version is available from our website: International Property Manager. The next release will have many new features, as explained on the website. We've listened carefully to existing and potential clients - this is a real opportunity to influence the development of real estate software to get the features you really want and need! Thanks in advance for any help! David. |

DAVE, had a quick look and looks good but if my conversion rates are anything to go by you are priced as high as Vebra and the syetem is nowhere near as polished or tested, Universal also have a much more polished system for a fraction of the price, looks good what you have done as a programme but until you are established and have got a market leading system i think you need to look at your prices for users - dont give up on the idea but look to be more realistic and you will get there!
