Default Estate Agent Boards

How much do the rest of you estate agents pay for your sign erection services? We pay per board over an agreed radius of the shop? Whats your costs relating to the number of signs against distance?

If you are an agent selling in a local area and have no one to put your boards up - get out in the fresh air armed with a sledge hammer, an empty can of beans, a shortened post, spiked for sale board posts and Metposts if required. Your boards will be up in no time and this will help to keep costs down (useful in a credit crunch).

an empty can of beans....? Huh? Why?

However, an empty can is an empty can, whatever was in it before it was emptied....
