Default Estate Agent Start up

Hello All,

After taking some time out of the Property Market I want to get back into it and open my own estate agents and I am in the process of doing so.
I want to know is there anywhere I can get a copy of draft office templates used on a daily basis for estate agents, regarding contracts and mem of sale and confirmation of offers etc. I had previously had these from my previous job roles but have now misplaced. This would help the ease of the start up process knowing I have my office documents in place. I think I have most of the letting side sorted, just the estates to try and organise.

Many Thanks for any help you can provide

I realise this is a fairly old thread but I will post the answer as it may be of use to others too.

There is an organisation called the FSB (Federation of Small Businesses) and membership is around £100 per year. Among various benefits is access to a shedload of legal forms and templates AND if they do not have what you want, they can often modify something for you - for free.

They operate all over the country and membership would give you access to almost all of the contract and other templates you will ever need - and access to free legal advice too.

I have absolutely nothing to do with them (other than a member) but if you want some help in starting back up, they really are worth at least considering.

I cant help on that question, but if you are a new estate agent I can help on your software needs. I can provide free software to get you going, and also some that comes at a little cost but much less that most of the providers in the market.
You can contact me on 07763 118696
