EA is important for every real estate agent. While doing a contract between buyer and seller real estate agent play important role. He will responsible for all types of legal document.

I agree none of this adds up. Surely the best thing to have done is pick up the phone and speak to your solicitor. Do you mind telling us what your flat sold at?
