Question Estate Agents - Photography?

Hi
I am doing a bit of research into estate agents out there that don't use a professional photographer and more to the point why?

What is the reason you don't use a pro photographer;
1 Price is too expensive. (rough price that was quoted - optional)
2 Convenience - it's easier to take your own.
3 No benefit on using a professional photographer.
4 Market is too competative to spend money on photographer.
5 Bad previous experience
6 Other - please state.

Thanks in advance.
Mick
