By removing the 'disruptive member' you have also removed some of my posts. I do not appreciate the censorship as I do not consider any were libellous or illegal. Off topic perhaps but there weren't pages and pages of them. You might as well remove the thread as it now makes hardly any sense. I do wonder if you have amended any other threads to make them fit with your idealogy.

Homeseller was, I admit, rather rash in some of his comments but some of his points did make sense and he provoked a good debate. He also brought a much needed sense of humour to what is rather a dull forum. OK his sense of humour may not have appealed to all but he made me laugh and I am the wrong side of 50. (If you are reading this Homeseller I am sorry to shatter your illusions of a twentysomething Goddess)

I personally thought you overreacted when you were last on the forum and your responses provoked the situation.

It seems a fair few of mine have disappeared too. In particular any comments that were aimed at googler. However I notice a bunch of googlers comments, that were certainly antagonistic and intended to wind up homeseller, still remain in their original form.

Also, agree with you drhouse that firtstly the thread no longer makes much sense, and secondly that Brian overreacted initially, and worse still googler seemed to get away with being equally as petty and antagonistic. But in spite of that, homeseller definitely went to far, funny or not, (I could have removed the 'or not' there) however he could have just come back as someone else and acted appropriately and admin would be none the wiser.

OK, I'll bite.

In which ones did I supposedly 'intend to wind up homeseller' (not a difficult task of itself, but....)?

Just the post numbers will do.

That's a wee bit difficult given that the posts you responded to are no longer there.

Can't be bothered to look through all of them, especially now the thread has been spoilt and all comments are now out of context, but 92 & 66 definitely fit the bill.

You're right, this thread has become nonsensical after Houseller went through and re-edited almost all of his posts to be abusive, so I'll close it.

In the meantime, please remember this is a moderated forum, and like any other moderated forum, disruptive and profane behaviour is not tolerated. If you don't want want any posts removed, please don't engage with such disruptive posts in the first place, especially to encourage or support such behaviour.

I don't see anyone here using their own business websites or window fronts to publish and encourage the publishing of profane and defamatory messages, so please don't expect a different standard here.
