Exclamation Re: Euroneth

Dear Sir

In fact this is correct Mr Baert handed the deposits over to the supposed solicitor from the development who run off with the deposits from several develoments after being located in a small office in Benalmadena.
Also Del Prado & Partner are a very well reputated company who deals with this case that has been put through now to Malaga courts. Del Prado & Partners wiill act in the best interered of of the clients who paid the deposits to claim back the deposits from the supposed solicitor.

I paid £3000 directly into the developer's account and gave my details for a mortgage with the promise of a fantastic return which has not materialised.

I have been sent emails from giulio as it appears that he too has invested and is also pursuing for the return of his monies as well as mine.

I bought two properties in Dubai from Giulio and one from Ben and there were no problem with either of them (the Damac property I got from Ben has been completed and handed over to me and one of the properties from Giulio has been handed over, with the other close to completion). I was happy with their service, and therefore invested in the European property opportunity with them, however it would appear that they too have been ripped off by the developer in Europe - I know that both have lost money they invested themselves and they are currently taking legal action to recover it - they are trying to get my money back also and I believe that Giulio will do this, although my faith in him has been severly shaken because he never answers his phone or email any more, however I have his home address so I'll go visit him if I don't hear anything in the next few weeks. As far as I can tell, he was conned along with the rest of us, but if I hadn't done business successfully with him in the past then I would feel as angry as the other investors on this forum..

I too have experienced the same problems as you - I spoke with Ben who introduced me to Giulio through working with him on Dubai properties however he was just an employee, and he was ripped off also (for two units he invested in). I have his address but he never made any money out of this as an employee as Giulio (or the developers) never paid him. I do know that Giulio's address is

Park View
Park Ave.
Isle of Wight
PO38 1LE

however I can't visit him myself as I don't live in UK.
Have you tried writing him a letter?

Thanks for the info. I have also traced some details for Ben now and will be chasing these up. The guy is a compulsive liar. If I get any further I will let you know.

Herbert and Deebo

I accidentally came across this site and wish I had seen this forum earlier. I am also one of those unfortunate ones who has been duped by One Portfolio, Ian Bonnett who liaised with me and then Ben Court who has sent me numerous emails apologising and leading me on a wild goose chase. In my case, it was for 2 units in Tenerife

I would be most grateful if you can give me his address or his contact number (the two numbers he gave me are spurious).

Herbert, if you give me the address, I can visit him and probably be able to give some answers (if the address is genuine and I am able to meet him)

Both One Portfolio and Ian Bonnett washed their hands off pointing to their disclaimer. Has anyone lodged a police complaint and do you think it's worthwhile doing that?

It will be a great help if I can have his address. Ben had assured me that he was getting paid by Friday (just gone by), but he only chooses to answer when he feels like.

Regards

Nandu

I was wondering if you had heard anything further on this matter. Ian Bonnette used to work at Invesment Wizard/ IW Global although I don't know his present whereabouts. I'm thinking of bringing a legal action against this Company if they still exist for breach of contract.

There has been e-mail contact in recent weeks with Del Prado, the solicitors for Euroneth; they are not being helpful and simply advising that only clients who have paid them their fees will receive any sort of update and are still claiming that Euroneth are not responsible for repaying clients the monies paid over to this bogus solicitor.

Jordan Hands appears to have gone to ground, although I think he may be living back with his family in Cheshire. His brother Craig Hands was appearing to get involved to try and clear up some of the mess left, but is not the easiest person to get hold of - his mobile number is 07514 810072 and he appears to be involved in other property investment projects.
