Default Fed Up with the UK?

There is an alternative! A place where the sun shines all year round, property prices are realistic and living costs low. Apartments from as little as 25,000 sterling!!! finished and on a beautiful complex minutes walk from the sea and with a large communal pool. Ideal for permanent living or as a holiday home. Discover Cyprus and how you can improve your quality of life.

Lol! Northern Cyprus by any chance? Thus setting up the buyer to be sued by the original Greek owners of the land?

If it is the North there are reasons why property prices are cheap.
If I were to sell you a house or land beloning to someone else I could sell it cheaply too
The problem is that the rightful owner just might kick up a stink and demand his property back

It's a little bit like buying a plot on the moon...
