Default FENSA Cert, need HELP!

Hi there

I'm in the process of selling a house. I replaced two front bay windows and the front door.

I didn't know I needed a FENSA cert untill my solicitor asked for it Tuesday. I spoke to the bloke who fitted the windows and doors about the cert. He registered the work on Wednesday (5/5/10) on FENSA website, and gave me a copy of the webpage with all the relevent information.

I took this info to the solicitor but he wasn't there. My question is, can they use this information to complete the sale or do I have to wait 2-4 weeks for the cert to come from FENSA?

Regards
David
